Will Lark
Will is a co-founder and product designer at Noon Home, Inc. Prior to Noon, he was a core contributor to the system design of a concept that led to Ori-Systems by Yves Béhar – hyper-efficient furniture that responds to daily needs in urban living. Will earned a BS, MS and PhD from MIT, where he was a research assistant at the Media Arts & Sciences Laboratory working to solve complex problems varying from modular vehicle platforms, robotic wheels, driver interfaces and mobility-on-demand systems. Will’s core focus at Media Lab centered around the development of the MIT CityCar. As principal designer, he and his colleagues carried forward a concept that was kicked off alongside Frank Ghery. Will led development efforts onward in Spain to a fully-functioning concept vehicle, branded Hiriko. He has several patents that range from mechanical systems for both vehicles and home to UX of consumer electronics. Will enjoys tackling early system-level challenges that leverage technology to enhance user experiences.
